Terms of Use.
These terms say what this site is, what you can expect from it and what we ask of you when you use it.
What This Site Is
This site presents the services of Kavaliero Systems, the Kavaliero line for digital protection and remote oversight of operations. Its content is for information.
Nothing here is a binding offer. Each service is delivered under a written proposal that sets the scope, the dates and the price, and only that proposal, once accepted, binds you and us.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use it.
The Content Is General Guidance
The blog articles, the checklists and the examples explain how we work and what is worth checking. They are not an assessment of your systems and don’t replace advice from a professional who knows your case.
The screens, figures and conversations that illustrate the solutions are examples. They are not client results or data from a live product.
No security service removes risk altogether. We don’t promise that a system will be safe from every attack, here or in a proposal.
What We Ask of You
Use the site to find out about us and to write to us. Don’t try to get into anything you haven’t been given access to, or to probe, scan or overload the site or the servers that host it. Don’t use software to send the forms or to copy the content in bulk.
Writing to us authorises no testing. We run no penetration tests, audits or access to any system, yours or anyone else’s, without an agreement signed by whoever has the right to authorise it, with the scope and the dates in writing.
If You Find a Security Flaw
If you find a vulnerability on this site, write to contact@kavaliero.com with the steps to reproduce it. Please don’t access other people’s data, don’t disrupt the service, and give us reasonable time to fix it before you publish it. We are grateful for reports made in good faith.
What You Send Us
We treat what you tell us as private, but until we sign an agreement there is no confidentiality undertaking between us. Leave passwords, keys, bank details and other people’s information out of the form.
Sending an enquiry doesn’t make you a client or oblige us to take on a job. What we do with your information is on the Privacy page.
The 10% from the Game
The contact page has a free game. Land the paper ball in the box and your first proposal comes with 10% off.
- It is for new clients, once per person or company.
- It applies to our fees in the first proposal you accept. It doesn’t cover third-party costs such as licences, hosting or taxes.
- To use it, send your enquiry from the browser you won in, or mention it when you write to us.
- It can’t be combined with other discounts, exchanged for money or passed on to someone else.
- Winning doesn’t oblige you to hire us, or us to take on a job.
We may change or withdraw the game at any time. If you had already won and sent your enquiry, we keep your discount for the proposal that comes out of it.
Trademarks and Content
The text, design, images, 3D models and code on this site belong to Kavaliero or are used under licence. You may quote an article with a link to its page. For any other use, ask us first.
WhatsApp, Tether, Bitcoin, Ethereum and the other third-party names and marks shown on the site belong to their owners. We show them to describe the technologies we work with. They don’t indicate sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.
Links and Availability
The site links to third-party pages, such as social networks. We don’t control their content or their terms.
We try to keep the site available and its information correct, but it can fail, change or go out of date. We may change or withdraw it without notice.
Liability
You use the site at your own risk. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that results from using it or from relying on its content without a signed proposal. This doesn’t limit liability the law doesn’t let us exclude, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer.
What we are liable for in a service you hire is set by that service’s proposal, not by this page.
If you use the site for something unlawful or against these terms, you are liable for the damage that causes.
Changes, Governing Law and Which Version Counts
We may update these terms. Changes apply from the moment they are published here and don’t affect a proposal that has already been accepted.
These terms are read under the law of the country where Kavaliero is established, without affecting the consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Before going to court, write to contact@kavaliero.com so we can try to settle it.
This page exists in Spanish and in English. If the two versions differ, the Spanish one counts.
